Hornets Fall to Tigers on Senior Night

The Valley Center Girls basketball team lost to Goddard Eisenhower Monday night by a score of 67-31.  After only being down by 1 after the 1st quarter.  Halfway through the 2nd quarter, the Tigers started finding openings in the Hornet defense and went on a 36-9 run to put the game out of reach.  Despite

The Valley Center girls basketball hosted Andover Central on Homecoming Friday night.  Andover Central came out with hot shooting taking an early 11 point lead in the 1st quarter.  They didn’t slow down in the 2nd period as they made a total of six 3 point shots in the half.  The score at the break

Valley Center Girls basketball finished 6th in the Mid-America Classic in McPherson on Saturday, losing to Wichita Southeast 44-32.
