Scholar’s Bowl Team Takes 1st

Congratulations to the VCHS Scholars’ Bowl team on their 1st place finish at the Thomas-More Prep-Marian tournament this past Saturday. Junior Varsity Football Ends Season 5-2

The Valley Center Hornet junior varsity football team was edged by the Goddard Eisenhower Tigers in overtime Monday night. The Hornet defense struck first with sophomore Caleb Peach’s 30 yard interception return for a touchdown on the Tiger’s opening drive. Sophomore running back Marion ponds converted the 2 points try on a run. Season End

A strong fight to finish the season. The Lady Hornets played Hays in the first round of substate and were successful in winning the match in two games to advance to the substate championship. (25-19, 25-21) They played strong and consistent which built momentum going into the final match up against Andover.  The Hornets matched

Robotics Places 4th at State
